Submit a system report to Uncom OS support
Uncom OS does not have mechanisms for automatically collecting data about your system. But, when contacting support, sometimes specialists ask to send more detailed data about the system. To create a report, a special application is installed in Uncom OS.
- To create a report, go to the “show applications” section (right icon on the bottom panel of the screen).
- In the search box, type “Log Collection.”
- Launch the application.
- Wait for the process to complete and send the generated archive to the Uncom OS support chat
The report does not contain any personal data. Before sending the report, you can open the prepared archive and see for yourself what information it contains.
